We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Graduate Building Services Engineer to join our client's expanding team in Liverpool. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and delivery of building services systems, including HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
  • Contribute to energy and sustainability strategies, focusing on low-carbon and energy-efficient design solutions.
  • Work alongside project teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers, to integrate building services systems into overall project designs.
  • Gain exposure to sustainability certifications (e.g., BREEAM, LEED) and their application in real-world projects.
  • Support the delivery of energy modelling, performance simulations, and energy efficiency assessments for building services systems.

Essential Requirements

  • A recent degree (or expected graduation) in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of building systems and services.
  • An interest in energy efficiency and sustainability within the built environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills with an enthusiasm for technical design.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
