AS HVAC Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Working on-site in a commercial environment such as gyms, hotels and restaurants in a wide geographical area across London.
- Performing servicing, fault finding and maintenance on commercial AC systems.
- Sometimes working on commercial refrigeration and heating systems.
- Utilising IT systems to accurately record tasks and project information
- Keeping clients informed of any developments in the projects and providing detailed records of activities.
- Working to personal deadlines and collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and keep high standards of workmanship.
- Experience working with commercial Air Conditioning units including VRV, VRF and Split Systems
- Certification in F-Gas at least
- Proven experience in facilities management, mobile maintenance or construction
- Enthusiasm for delivering incredible service and maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Full clean UK Driving Licence
- NVQ Level 2 Air Conditioning or equivalent
- Experience in a plant-room environment would be beneficial but not essential
