Hvac Engineer

Our client is currently recruiting for an experiencedHVAC Engineerfor a contractual assignment based inLiverpool, L24

This position is to cover 8 schools within a 15 mile radius. ( Van is provided)

The Mobile HVAC role will be primarily maintenance and emergency response, reactive repairs plus minor works repairs to air conditioning and air handling equipment and BMS monitoring.

Available Shifts and Location:

• Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday- 5 Days A week
• Location:L24 9HJ
• Shift Times:08:00-16:30PM
• Pay Rate:24.79 per hour including holiday pay with the option to accure
• Pay Frequency:Weekly, every Friday before 5 PM
• Paid via PAYE only

Qualifications Required:

• DBS Certificate
• Driving Licence
• C&G Certificate

Skills and Experience Required:

• Carry out PPM tasks to HVAC plant and record and complete relative documents
• Carry out reactive callouts on critical HVAC systems
• Complete compliance testing and minor works to JSP375 standard
• Minor AC & AHU repairs and small works
• Required to work an on call rota
• Required to assist in generic reactive work requests for the building and undertake standard PPM tasks on site also.
• Clear communication of the company vision and objectives ensuring the implementation of new procedures
• Promote and drive the company values
• Keep up to date with industry developments, driving innovation and effective change
