A leading pharmaceutical organization in Liverpool is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer with experience in projects and process improvement.
The role involves plant modifications, engineering projects, and providing technical leadership within the process and reliability engineering department.
Candidates should have a degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, with chartered status or working towards it, and experience in process improvement projects.
The position requires broad engineering knowledge, particularly in End to End Primary/ Fill Finish and Utilities, with a focus on identifying and leading process improvements.
The salary for this permanent position is competitive, and candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

You will be working for a leading pharmaceutical organisation that specialises in the development of aseptic products.

About the Job:

As Lean Mechanical Engineer you will be involved in plant modifications and engineering projects to meet strategic performance targets. You will also provide technical leadership within the process and reliability engineering department

You will support process improvement projects.
You will plan all process engineering activities on site.

About you:

You will be a degree qualified engineer with a background in mechanical engineering., or projects.

Chartered engineer or expected to be working towards
Process improvement project experience.
Broad engineering knowledge and experience, including End to End Primary/ Fill Finish and Utilities.
Identify opportunities for process improvements.sites
Lead complex cross-functional process changes (independently).
