The role involves leading project teams, ensuring technical accuracy, overseeing commissioning, and managing commercial aspects. Adherence to health and safety, incident investigation, quality control, and project handovers are also key, along with regular reporting to senior management.The ideal candidate will be a Mechanical Project Manager with a proven background working on a variety of mechanical projects such as building services, HVAC, plumbing etc. Candidates should hold IOSH / NEBOSH or equivalent, and a full UK driving license. The Role:

  • Oversee projects from inception to completion
  • Lead and manage project teams, subcontractors and budgets
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to technical specification
  • Ensure health and safety compliance throughout
  • Monitor and audit performance of staff and quality of work
  • Report progress to senior management
