Sonic Summary

- The candidate will provide mobile support for other sites, coordinating activities of subcontractors and ensuring compliance with service levels.
- Responsibilities include reporting to the Help Desk and Site FM upon completion of tasks and supporting contract reporting to clients.
- Candidates should have NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications in Mechanical or Fabric Discipline, basic electrical maintenance experience, and previous experience in building services maintenance.
- The position requires a valid driving license and typically offers a salary of around $40,000 per year, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
To implement the building services, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme and reactive maintenance (RM) in accordance with the building operating manuals and in compliance with the contract service levels. Mobile support for other PPP sites in and outside of region.
Duties
To implement mechanical, electrical and fabric PPM in accordance with the O&M Manuals and service levels.
To implement and co-ordinate the activities of specialist subcontractors into the PPM programme
To carry out RM in response to Help Desk requirements in compliance with the contract service level outputs.
To report back to the Help Desk and the Site FM on completion of PPM and RM tasks.
To provide information in support of contract reports supplied to the client.
To support the Regional FM and Site FM in all aspects of delivering the FM services contract.
Other duties as may be required from time to time depending on the needs of the business.
Skills & Experience
NVQ or City & Guilds Mechanical or Fabric Discipline
Basic Electrical Maintenance Experience
Previous experience within a building services maintenance role
Valid Driving Licence
