PA to Headteacher Temporary (Term Time Only) Crosby - £26k to £29k
Forrest Recruitment Liverpool are currently recruiting for a PA, who will be responsible for supporting the Headteacher.
This is an excellent opportunity to join new team and deliver support across a multi-academy trust. You will be an enthusiastic, self -motivated individual who has excellent communication, is highly organised and has an ability to work unsupervised & manage their own workload.
Role Responsibilities:
Diary management for Senior Management
Booking travel and accommodation
Proactively deal with correspondence via phone & email
Preparing reports and letters to a high standard
Coordinating internal and external meeting
Provide meeting packs and track attendance
Minutes during meetings and providing follow actions
Assisting with administrative support projects across the Trust
Skills/experience required:
Enhanced DBS Desirable / or would need to be able to complete a DBS check.
Excellent attention to detail
Highly organised & methodical
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office e.g., Word & Excel
