Description

  • Oversee HR Director's schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments, and engagements.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders with clear communication and collaboration.
  • Arranging meetings as required, including distributing meeting agendas and documentation prior.
  • Drafting and editing reports on behalf of the HR Director.
  • Organise travel arrangements, accommodation and bookings.
  • Create purchase orders as required and invoice reconciliation.
  • All general admin support and ad-hoc duties.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information.

Profile

A successful PA should have:

  • Experience in a similar role within the public sector.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Managing complex diaries with senior leadership.
  • To coordinate and attend meetings, ability to take minutes.
  • Have a positive "can do" attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
