Description
- Oversee HR Director's schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments, and engagements.
- Maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders with clear communication and collaboration.
- Arranging meetings as required, including distributing meeting agendas and documentation prior.
- Drafting and editing reports on behalf of the HR Director.
- Organise travel arrangements, accommodation and bookings.
- Create purchase orders as required and invoice reconciliation.
- All general admin support and ad-hoc duties.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Profile
A successful PA should have:
- Experience in a similar role within the public sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Managing complex diaries with senior leadership.
- To coordinate and attend meetings, ability to take minutes.
- Have a positive "can do" attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
