Practice Manager

A large forward thinking GP Practice is seeking to hire a Practice Manager. The practice places a strong emphasis on using initiative and innovation to be the provider of choice in their area and is committed to maintaining a positive work-life balance and a supportive working environment. As Practice Manager, you will collaborate with a team of partners who trust you to manage operations autonomously.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of successfully leading a team, along with solid financial, HR management and recruitment skills. You should be able to remain calm under pressure and focus on the bigger picture, as well as being a strong leader and having great communication and organisational skills, monitoring performance targets and being highly self-motivated.

The practice is supported by a robust administrative team, serves a large patient list made up from a great group of practices, which offer excellent support and innovation.
