One of my clients are looking for a clerical officer,this is a temporoary role for 6 months with possible further extension.
The role is based within the payments and billing team. Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from Adult social care clients regarding their care invoice. Checking of information for accuracy prior to invoices being sent Liaising with families. care providers, clients and their representatives using a variety of communication methods. Experience of IT systems - including word and excel. Good interpersonal skills to be able to communicate appropriately. Attention to detail and ability to check data carefully. Office based in Bootle during training period and then one day per week minimum.
This is a contract role where the role can be extended further or terminated earlier due performance or budgets, the rate advertised is advertise as an umbrella rate of pay.
