Nicholas Associates Group (Engineering & Technical) are recruiting for an electrically biased Mobile Engineer for our client, a newly established and thriving low carbon renewable energy and M&E building services business with increasing demand and exciting growth plans.

The position has emerged due to a rapid increase in business enquiries and investments. They thus require an electrically biased engineer with a background in building maintenance to support their growing team covering the North West.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance, fault finding and repairs on a host of building equipment
  • Equipment includes a strong emphasis on BMS(Building Management Systems) HVAC(Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) and a variety of general electrical equipment
  • Covering the North West region
  • Predominantly electrical with some mechanical work
  • Working within NHS and education environments

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in electrical building maintenance
  • Customer facing skills, communication skills and a manner befitting the work environment
  • Qualifications in a related field and awareness of building regulations
  • Driving Liscense
