Job Overview:
The client is seeking an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to assist with the final stages of a construction scheme. This is a temporary position with an immediate start on Monday, running for 2-3 months until the scheme's completion.
Job Details:
- Location: Liverpool
- Duration: 2-3 months (until scheme completion)
- Start Date: Monday
- Pay Rate: 14 per hour PAYE
- Working Hours: Full-time
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer in the construction/social housing sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with tenants effectively.
- Ability to manage tenant queries, complaints, and updates professionally.
- Experience coordinating with site teams to ensure smooth project completion.
- Availability to start immediately.
