We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Shift Leader to contribute to the smooth operations of our fast-paced FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Logistics department in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will excel in managing warehouse functions, including inventory management, employee supervision, and ensuring safety protocols.

Description
- Oversee warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, promoting a positive work environment.
- Implement and maintain safety procedures in compliance with company guidelines.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimise operational efficiency.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance and improvements.
- Participate in warehouse equipment and software upgrades.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
Profile
A successful Warehouse Shift Leader should have:
- Proven experience in warehouse management in the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team - this is critical for this role
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
