We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to take the lead on paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and beyond - driving ticket sales and boosting brand awareness for some of the most exciting events in the industry.

Paid Media Specialist - Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage and optimise paid media campaigns
  • Collaborate with creative teams on ad assets
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance
  • A/B test creatives, targeting and landing pages
  • Align campaigns with event strategies and goals

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years' experience in paid social (Meta, TikTok essential)
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • Background in events, hospitality or entertainment preferred
  • Knowledge of retargeting, lookalike audiences and dynamic ads
  • Confident working in a fast-moving, creative environment
