Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to patients in in-patient wards and community settings.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement treatment interventions.
- Administer medications and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and effective patient outcomes.
- Participate in discharge planning and liaise with other healthcare professionals to facilitate patient care transitions.
Requirements:
- NMC Registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
- Previous experience in an in-patient or community nursing environment.
- Strong clinical and communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to different clinical environments.
