HR Business Partner

Based in Liverpool or Glasgow

£55,000 - £60,000

I am delighted to work with an evolving, dynamic and fast growing professional organisation to recruit an HR Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Business Partner will work closely with the leadership team of a specific client group to help align a proactice commercial people agenda to group ambitions.

As this business is experience significant change, you will take the lead role in people related project work streams, co-ordinating resources as required, liaising as appropriate with support functions and stakeholders and ensuring successful execution and delivery of project objectives.

Working closely with senior leadership and Group/Central Functions, you will be responsible for:- Employee relations- Engagement & communication- Reward and recognition- Organisational change management- Performance & talent management- HR Operations and onboarding

Ideally your experience is gained in fast moving, continously evolving and changing environments/industries such as retail, hospitality, facilities management or wider professional services. You are an HR generalist, comfortable provide broad, HR support across the entire life and very proactive in your approach and style. You are commercial, agile and dynamic, you are solutions orientated, a realtionship builder and strong influencer.

This is a great opportunity for an HR Business Partner or as a Senior HR Avisor looking to make their first step up into a Business Partner position. This role is to be based in either Liverpool or Glasgow 3 days per week with some travel requirted to other sites.
