HR Business Partner Change ManagementI am recruiting for a HR Change Management Business Partner to join a dynamic and impactful Charity. This is an exciting 9-month fixed-term contract opportunity, will be based in Liverpool, salary of £52,000-£56,500 FTE.Role HR Business Partner Change Management

  • Lead the implementation of a large-scale TUPE transfer across multiple providers and subcontractors.
  • Drive transformational organisational design aligned with a values-based approach, ensuring clarity, purpose, and high engagement throughout.
  • Oversee end-to-end change management, collaborating closely with the HR team and stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective transitions.

Responsibilities HR Business Partner Change Management

  • Manage TUPE transfers and complex organisational changes to meet critical milestones.
  • Facilitate workshops, analyse organisational metrics, and co-create innovative solutions.
  • Develop and deliver engaging communication strategies, fostering employee engagement during periods of change.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, offering expert guidance on organisational change and HR matters.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and manage associated risks effectively.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven leadership experience in senior HR roles, delivering results through effective teamwork.
  • Expertise in organisational design, change management, and complex TUPE processes.
  • A strategic thinker with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with extensive knowledge of UK employment law.
  • A track record of successful HR strategy delivery in dynamic environments.
