My client is looking for a Client /Tenant/ Resident Liaison Officer in Kirkdale, Liverpool.
They will be overseeing the repairs and improvements of 400 properties in Kirkdale and would like a highly enthusiastic individual to join their team immediately to work closely with the on-site teams/ office, residents and clients.
This role is not office based and would require you to attend in-person
Employment would be on a 3-month contractual basis with a view to extend
Typical working hours would be 8am to 4pm
Driving licence is preferred but not essential
Must have good communication skills
Must have good IT skills especially in Excel
Previous experience in Social Housing sector
