People solutions are recruiting for a Commercial Administrator to join our long-standing client in Liverpool on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, with a view to becoming a permanent role.

Day to Day Duties
As a Commercial Administrator your role will involve all aspects of Order Processing and account management including:
- Input of customer orders directly onto production system
- Input general stock orders directly onto system
- Management of proforma orders
- Ownership of production flow for orders liaising with logistics / production departments regarding production dates and deliveries – with continual communication to customers
- Raising and managing Quality Complaints via our software systems, liaising with other functional areas to ensure swift and satisfactory resolution for customers
- Working closely with procurement on incoming orders and stock, raw materials/accessories, for bespoke orders
- Liaising with Industrial & Logistics departments to ensure smooth implementation of orders; to include correct acknowledged dates/delivery timescales to ensure customer expectations are met
