Theses venues range from temporary festival sites to international venues such as the O2 Arenas!After growth in their projects, they are now looking to add a skilled and driven Office Administrator to their team.(Office Administrator) - Position Overview

  • General Office Management: Maintain a well-organised and tidy office environment, including managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Document Management: Efficiently handle and organize construction-related documents, receipts.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication within the office and between the office and field staff, including phone and email correspondence.
  • Scheduling: Manage appointment schedules and coordinate job sheets for team members on and off the site/s.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and project management software.
  • Client Relations: Assist in client interactions and project coordination, ensuring clients' needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Financial Support: Assist with financial tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll administration.
  • Filing and Record-Keeping: Maintain organized records, both digital and physical, to support all correspondence.
  • Communications: Maintain a professional approach to communicating with colleagues, customers and contractors whilst being able to ensure smooth operations no matter the pressure you may be facing.

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency and adaptability in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with construction or related industry terminology is a plus.
  • Available to travel to office
  • Use of SAGE is essential.
