LFUK are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join their clients team in the Speke area.

30,000 - 40,000 DOE

This role is pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across:

  • TikTok Shop
  • E-commerce Platforms
  • Brand Ambassador Strategy
  • Social Media Channel Management
  • Sponsorship Strategy
  • Retail & Wholesale Visual Merchandising
  • Eventing

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals, leading a high-performing marketing team. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform 360 Marketing plans.

Digital & Social Media Marketing: Enhance our digital presence, manage e-commerce and social media platforms, and oversee content creation and influencer partnerships.

Brand building: Strengthen brand identity, execute creative campaigns, and collaborate with product development for marketing initiatives.

Retail & Wholesale Marketing: Support retail and wholesale partners with promotions, events, and merchandising while maintaining relationships with key distributors. Create marketing materials and support tools for wholesale partners to market our products effectively.

The role is a hybrid of both organic and paid social search and will include a range of the following tasks:

  • Work closely with our Lead Performance Marketing Strategist to drive performance across all our clients' paid ad campaigns - including Meta, Pinterest and Google.
  • Support the delivery, analysis and content of full-funnel strategies for Paid Social and Paid Search.
  • Organic social content creation across Meta and Pinterest - including trend research, video/photo creation and, editing and copywriting.
  • Organic social content management - liaising with brands for sign-off and to ensure all output meets their brand guidelines and KPIs.
  • Influencer outreach for gifting, paid content and affiliate programme engagement.
  • Be on top of regular competitor and market reviews, feeding back to clients and the wider team with recommendations and ideas.
  • Create analytics reports and present these to clients in weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Collaborate with the team to drive paid ad campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, and Google.
  • Create and manage organic social content, including trend research, video/photo creation, and copywriting.
  • Conduct influencer outreach and manage affiliate programs.
  • Perform regular competitor and market reviews, providing feedback and recommendations.
  • Present analytics reports to the team and clients in weekly and monthly meetings.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google products and photo editing tools like Canva.
  • Strong analytical, copywriting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
