As a Classroom Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment during teacher absences. This role provides a unique opportunity to experience different schools in the area, gaining valuable insight into varied educational approaches. Many of our partner schools offer convenient on-site parking or are easily accessible via local transport.

Requirements

The ideal Cover Supervisor will be confident in their ability to:

  • Supervising classes across a range of subjects during teacher absences.
  • Ensuring students remain engaged with pre-set learning materials, offering assistance when needed.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively, in line with school policies.
  • Providing feedback to the regular teacher on student progress and behaviour.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Upholding the school’s values and contributing to its overall ethos.
