Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Property Locum for a Local Authority in Merseyside while they search for a permanent hire.
The ideal candidate should possess prior public sector legal experience.
The role involves handling a predominantly Commercial Property caseload, including landlord and tenant work, as well as freehold and leasehold matters.
The position is full-time, requiring 37 hours a week, with office attendance on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The pay rate for this role is £55 per hour, and the contract is initially for 3-6 months with potential for extension.

We are recruiting for a Property Locum to join a Merseyside based Local Authority whilst they recruit permanently into the post. The ideal candidate will have previous public sector legal experience.

Handling a predominantly Commercial Property caseload
Landlord and tenant work
A mixture of work both freehold and leasehold

Start: ASAP

Duration: 3-6 months initially, with scope to extend

Working Arrangement: Full-time (37 hours a week), hybrid

Travel: Office attendance required on Mondays and Tuesdays

Rate: £55 per hour, umbrella
