We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Early Years Practitioners who are seeking flexible and rewarding roles in nurseries and early years settings across Liverpool. In your role as Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5, supporting them in their development in a safe and nurturing environment. Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

Salary: £12.50 per hour 

Job Type: Flexible Supply, Part-time, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm, supportive, and stimulating environment for young children

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote early learning and development

  • Inspire young minds and play a vital role in nurturing and developing children in their formative years, through play and exploration

  • Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

  • Maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

  • Ensure a safe and hygienic environment, adhering to safeguarding policies and health & safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, or equivalent

  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting or with children

  • A passion for working with children and supporting their early development

  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different setting

  • Enhanced DBS check
