Guest Relations Co-ordinator  - temporary to permanent role.

£26,873pa – Full time onsite.

I am delighted to be recruiting for a new role which is a perfect blend of customer service and administration. We are looking to find someone who always put the customer first and takes pride in representing their company to all visitors. Our client are based in Speke and looking to hire this post on a temporary to permanent basis, so we do require candidates who can start immediately.

Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm

As Guest Relations Co-ordinator your main task is to provide a first class Reception to all guests and customers. You’re role will also require supporting with –

  • Making sure the reception area is maintained and standards are kept through out all day.
  • Greeting customers via phone, email, face to face.
  • Taking guests to other areas on site, may require driving (company vehicle)
  • Book in all visitors using their internal systems. Taking ownership of this and making sure all details are correct and kept up to date.
  • General facilities such as organising meetings rooms and any catering.
  • Health and safety and venue emergency procedures.
  • Supporting the admin team, and also covering inhouse admin where required.
  • Basic finance admin support.

First and foremost this role requires someone who genuinely enjoys an exception customer service experience. The role will require a driver as the role does require taking some visitors to other areas of the site (company vehicle provided), we do also require someone with a clean licence.

We are ideally looking for someone with previous reception or customer service experience, strong administration and IT skills, and must be able to pick up new tasks / instruction easily.

Must be a driver with clean license.

This role will be temporary for around one month with a few of then becoming permanent. Please don only apply should you ultimately be looking for a permanent role.
