Job Description:
As a Mastic Applicator, you will be responsible for applying mastic sealants in various construction and maintenance projects. Your expertise will contribute to the durability and longevity of our installations, ensuring that they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for mastic application by cleaning and priming as necessary.
- Apply mastic sealants with precision to various substrates, including concrete, metal, and wood.
- Ensure that all applications are completed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal working conditions.
- Provide guidance and training to less experienced team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a mastic applicator or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of different types of mastic and sealant products.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
