Multi Skilled Joiner Needed !
Job Description: As a Multi Skilled Joiner, you will play a pivotal role in fit-out, refurbishment, general maintenance, and repair projects. Tasks will range from 1st fixed stud walling to installing kitchens, bathrooms, and more. You will be required to work across the North West.
Immediate start, Temp to Perm Position, Rate 20 p/h CIS
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in social housing
- Residency in close proximity to our business operations.
- NVQ Level 2 certification
- Possession of a valid driving license with less than 6 penalty points.
- Strong communication skills
- Competency in basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, and other related maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake various joinery tasks including fitting doors, windows, kitchens, and flooring.
- Carry out basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, groundworks and other general maintenance duties.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
- Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.
