Position: Plastering Lecturer Location: Merseyside Contract Type: Temporary or Permanent Full-time or Part-time Available Salary: up to £43000 or £35-£45 per hour Eden Brown are looking for an enthusiastic Plastering Lecturer on behalf of a leading Further Education College in Merseyside. The college are accepting candidates on a temporary or permanent basis and the role is to star as soon as possible. About the Role: As a Plastering Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality, hands-on training in plastering techniques to students of all levels. Your role will involve: * Planning, delivering, and assessing practical and theoretical lessons in plastering. * Supporting students in developing the necessary skills for a successful career in the industry. * Providing valuable industry insight and ensuring that students are prepared for the workforce. * Supporting learner's progression, providing feedback, and offering guidance throughout their studies. The successful candidate will have: * A strong background in plastering with proven industry experience. * Teaching or training experience is preferred * A genuine passion for supporting and inspiring students to achieve their goals. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) would be an advantage. A DBS is also needed for this role, if you do not have a current DBS Eden Brown can apply for one on your behalf.
