We are seeking an experienced Plot Sales Locum for a position in the Greater Manchester area.
The role is initially for 1 month, with a strong possibility of extension.
Candidates must be able to work full-time and a hybrid working arrangement is available.
Duties include managing cases from inception to completion with minimal supervision and handling a full caseload of plot sale files.
The hourly rate is dependent on experience and the role is outside IR35.

Job description: We are looking for an experienced Plot Sales Locum to join one of our highly regarded clients in the Greater Manchester area.

The client is looking for someone to join them for 1 month initially with the high likelihood of extension. We are looking for candidates that can assist on a full-time basis and will consider a hybrid working arrangement.

Duties

Handling cases from inception to completion with minimum supervision
Dealing with a full caseload of plot sale files

Hourly rate: DOE (outside IR35)
