Full-Time School Caretaker (L25) - 8 AM to 4 PM
Tradewind are seeking a dedicated and reliable School Caretaker to join our team in the L25 area. This is a full-time position (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday), offering an excellent opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensuring the school buildings and grounds are clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs
- Managing site security, including opening and closing the premises
- Conducting regular health and safety checks
- Overseeing contractors and deliveries
- Responding to maintenance issues promptly
- Previous experience in a similar role (caretaker, site manager, or facilities management) desirable
- Basic DIY and maintenance skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Awareness of health and safety regulations
