We are seeking an experienced ASB Officer to support our client on a 6 month contract in Liverpool with hourly rates up to £28ph

Your new role

  • Line management of a team of Officers including performance management
  • Allocation of cases and monitoring workloads
  • Supporting Officers with more complex cases including evidence gathering and preparing documents such as witness statements and notices
  • Auditing and reviewing cases
  • Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal colleagues, stakeholders and representing the group at meetings

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong understanding of ASB policies, legislation and procedures and extensive ASB case management experience
  • Experience of line and performance management of a team
  • Experience of preparing legal documents such as notices and other enforcement paperwork
  • Capacity to assess workloads, audit and implement solutions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with customers, colleagues and stakeholders
