  • Manage payroll workload to ensure all operational requirements are met
  • Process payroll accurately, compliantly, and within the required timeframes
  • Prepare payroll-related documents for review
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing obligations
  • Compile payroll data from various sources
  • Upload pension contributions correctly to pension portals
  • Stay updated on pension regulations and ensure compliance
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and information
  • Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll
  • Support the Director with various tasks as needed
  • Make payments to staff, HMRC, and pension providers
  • Enter starter forms and update tax codes as required
  • Liaise with external entities, such as HMRC and clients
