- Manage payroll workload to ensure all operational requirements are met
- Process payroll accurately, compliantly, and within the required timeframes
- Prepare payroll-related documents for review
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing obligations
- Compile payroll data from various sources
- Upload pension contributions correctly to pension portals
- Stay updated on pension regulations and ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate payroll records and information
- Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll
- Support the Director with various tasks as needed
- Make payments to staff, HMRC, and pension providers
- Enter starter forms and update tax codes as required
- Liaise with external entities, such as HMRC and clients
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong planning, organisational, and scheduling abilities
- Capable of managing workload effectively and meeting deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
