The payroll advisor role reports into the Payroll manager and is responsible for the following:

  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employee records in the HRIS, ensuring all data is up-to-date.
  • Conduct data entry tasks related to payroll, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status.
  • Analyse payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the human resources department to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist with accounts payable functions as needed.
  • Generate payroll reports for management review.
  • Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.
