Adaptable Recruitment is working with a leading business seeking a Payroll Advisor for a temporary 3-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently for employees across the business.
- Collect, validate, and submit payroll data to external providers.
- Handle payroll queries from employees, providing timely and helpful responses.
- Assist with payroll-related calculations, such as tax, benefits, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR/Payroll operations, preferably in a multinational setting.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with attention to detail.
