We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and well-known accountancy firm in Liverpool. With a fantastic reputation and an impressive portfolio of clients, this firm offers the perfect environment for growth and progression. This is a full-time, permanent position. Reporting to the Payroll Manager your key responsibilities include:* Processing end-end payroll for multiple client portfolio* Statutory payments including; SSP, SMP etc;* Liaising with HMRC and year-end reporting * Providing payroll advice and solutions to clients and supporting with queries* Maintain and update payroll records on Iris * Manual calculations* Keep up to date with payroll legislation
Skills required:* Must have Payroll Bureau/Umbrella background and experience processing multiple client payroll * Understanding of Iris payroll (desirable not essential) * CIPP qualification (or equivalent experience desirable)* Strong knowledge of current payroll legislation.* Ability to work in a team as well as independently* Manual calculations (desirable)
