  • Client and Team Support: Build strong relationships by providing expert support to clients and colleagues on payroll-related queries.

  • Third-Party Communication: Resolve queries with HMRC and other external bodies on behalf of clients.

  • Team Development: Play a pivotal role in on boarding and mentoring junior team members.
