A Senior Payroll Advisor is required to manage all payroll functions and ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll updates. This includes maintaining related records, filing tax reports, preparing accounting transactions, and documents.

Description

This is the perfect role and business if you want a busy and varied role coupled with a great team environment, you will be a key hire for the team and you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, which include

  • Administer multiple client payrolls independently, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of statutory payroll legislation to handle manual calculations with ease.
  • Build strong relationships by supporting clients and colleagues with payroll queries.
  • Navigate pension auto-enrolment compliance, including liaising with a variety of pension providers.
  • Resolve queries with HMRC and other third parties on behalf of clients.
  • Manage accurate and timely client billing.
  • Proactively flag issues to the Payroll Manager and support effective client communication.
  • Play an active role in onboarding and mentoring junior team members.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all payroll-related laws and regulations

Profile

We are looking for an experience payroll expert who has a background working witn a payroll bureau who is looking to grow and develop your career.

In addition your experience must include :

  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and legislation.
