Description
This is the perfect role and business if you want a busy and varied role coupled with a great team environment, you will be a key hire for the team and you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, which include
- Administer multiple client payrolls independently, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of statutory payroll legislation to handle manual calculations with ease.
- Build strong relationships by supporting clients and colleagues with payroll queries.
- Navigate pension auto-enrolment compliance, including liaising with a variety of pension providers.
- Resolve queries with HMRC and other third parties on behalf of clients.
- Manage accurate and timely client billing.
- Proactively flag issues to the Payroll Manager and support effective client communication.
- Play an active role in onboarding and mentoring junior team members.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all payroll-related laws and regulations
Profile
We are looking for an experience payroll expert who has a background working witn a payroll bureau who is looking to grow and develop your career.
In addition your experience must include :
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and legislation.
- A client-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
