Your Role:

As a Scheduler at GRAHAM, youll play a key role in coordinating and managing the schedules for our in-house engineers and subcontractors. Your efforts will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and within service level agreements (SLAs), contributing to our high standards of performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient Scheduling:Manage and organize work schedules for engineers and subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of tasks within SLA dates.
  • Timely Completion:Monitor job progress and reallocate tasks to ensure first-time fixes and compliance with SLAs.
  • Effective Communication:Liaise with supply chain partners and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely job execution.
  • Maintenance Scheduling:Schedule Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks and ensure adherence to contract requirements.
  • Issue Resolution:Address and escalate issues with at-risk jobs, clients, resources, and third-party contractors.
  • Timesheet Management:Oversee and verify engineer timesheets against the weekly schedule.
  • System Management:Keep internal systems updated with relevant information, including managing absences and job progress.
  • Administrative Support:Handle general administrative duties, manage communications professionally, and operate the service desk function as required.
About You

What Were Looking For:

Were seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Scheduler who excels in managing workloads and meeting KPIs. If you have experience in Facilities Management or a similar field, and a passion for organization and efficiency, wed love to hear from you.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in scheduling workloads and managing tasks efficiently.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Facilities Management or a related environment.
  • Proven ability to work to KPIs, SLAs, and performance targets.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience with purchase orders.
  • Proficiency in IT applications such as Computer Assist FM systems, databases, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Preventive Planned Maintenance
