Our client is a building services and mainteannce contractor who specialise in Mechanical, Electrical and Renewable service, maintenance and installations. They operate on a wide range of commercial projects throughout the North West, with values ranging from £10k up to £2m. Due to continued growth they are looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team!
The Commercial Gas Engineer will be servicing, maintaining and diagnosing boilers, heating systems and plant room equipment throughout commercial properties, covering the North West.
Commercial Gas Engineer Salary & Benefits
- Salary up to £43k DOE

Commercial Gas Engineer Job Overview
- Carry out fault finding and repair of commercial plant room equipment, i.e.boilers, pumps, valves, vessels etc.
- Conduct gas servicing in accordance with manufacturers/industry guidelines.
Commercial Gas Engineer Job Requirements
- ACS Qualifications (CCN1, CPA1, CEN1, HTR1, WAT1, CKR1, CONLPGPD, CODC1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CDGA1)
- Full UK Licence
- Hold a DBS or be able to pass one
