** LOCUM CLINICAL PHARMACIST REQUIRED IN LIVERPOOL **

Trident Healthcare are dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Locum Clinical Pharmacist for ward based role in the Liverpool area.

Key Responsibilities:

Covering clinical ward rounds
Conduct medication reviews and manage patient medication therapy.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Educate patients and healthcare staff on medication use and safety.

Requirements:

Registered Pharmacist with GPHC
Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
Strong knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
