Pharmacy Technician - Deysbrook Pharmacy

Hours: 38-40 hours per week (shift basis)

Deysbrook Pharmacy is looking for a skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Technician or Dispenser to join our team. If you're passionate about community healthcare and thrive in a busy medical centre environment, this role could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately dispense and label prescriptions following procedures.
  • Ensure the safe supply and storage of medicines.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering as needed.
  • Update patient records while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Assist with monitored dosage systems for patients on multiple medications.
  • Verify prescription endorsements and declarations for reimbursement.
  • Process invoices and maintain a clean, organized dispensary.
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to support business goals.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Pharmacy Services.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a community pharmacy, ideally in a medical centre.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player with basic IT skills (training provided).
  • Professional communication skills.
