Hybrid working - x2 days in the office (these do not need to be a full working day and can be worked around visits) the rest can be carried out at home.

Our Local Authority Client are recruiting an Occupational Therapist to support their team in Liverpool for a temporary contract initially.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assessment for minor and major adaptation for DFG.
  • Assessment for equipment.
  • Moving and handling assessments and single handed care assessments.
  • Autonomous management of their own caseload.
  • Joint working with health and social care and other partners.
  • Supporting newly qualified staff and offering support and shadowing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • HCPC Registration.
  • Knowledge of specialist equipment, major adaptations and manual handling.
