Plasterer

DLP are Looking for a Plasterer to work on their disrepair contract around the Liverpool Area.

Immediate start, Temp to Perm Position, Rate 18 P/H CIS

• Previous experience in social housing maintenance.
• Residency in close proximity to our business operations.
• Relevant NVQ certification or equivalent qualification in Plastering is preferred
• Possession of a valid driving license with less than 6 penalty points.
• Strong communication skills.

• Undertake various plastering tasks including patching, skimming, and full wall plastering.
• Perform plastering repairs and maintenance on both tenanted and void properties.
• Identify and rectify defects in void properties efficiently and effectively.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
• Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.
