Job Advertisement: Social Housing Plasterer - Planned Maintenance
Location: Liverpool
Hourly Rate: 19.00 p/h Umbrella
Contract: Temp-to-Perm

Building Careers are currently looking for a competent Plasterer on behalf of one of our Social Housing Clients.

As a Joiner you will play a pivotal role in fit-out, refurbishment, general maintenance, and repair projects, starting Immediately, you will also be provided with a company van and fuel card.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Social Housing Plasterer, your responsibilities will include:

Performing internal plastering, including skimming, patching, and full wall repairs.
Carrying out external rendering work, including sand and cement patch repairs.
Repairing and maintaining plaster surfaces to a high standard.
Working efficiently on occupied and void properties, minimizing disruption for tenants.
Adhering to all health and safety regulations while working on-site.
Communicating effectively with tenants and the wider team to ensure work is completed on time.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a plasterer with expertise in internal and external repair work, particularly within a social housing environment. Additionally, candidates must have:

A valid CSCS Card.
NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or City & Guilds certification
A full UK Driving License.
Flexibility and willingness to travel within the Liverpool area.
