Location – city centre, hybrid working after 3 months.

£13.12ph plus holiday pay.

We are currently recruiting for a large financial organisation based in Liverpool’s city centre. The role is based within the compliance department and plays a vital role in the business support and administration of one of the firms most vital divisions.

Working within their large KYC team you will assist with a variety of tasks, some of these include –• Preparing documents for clients. Following strict due diligence guidelines.• Assisting in carry out background checks, following certain procedures as part of the role.• Liaising with other teams to obtain missing documents and confirmation.• Highlighting all missing information or concerns.• General data input. Carrying out additional projects and working with large amounts of data.• Provide general administration assistance to other managers or team members.

We are looking at candidates with relevant administration experience, IT skills, and someone who can pick up processes quickly. Any experience within KYC, banking or compliance is beneficial.

We do need someone who can work efficiently even when conducting repeat processes, but also be able to think outside the box. Good attention to detail is a must for this role, as is being able to work well as part of a team, have a good work ethic and overall attitude.

Whilst nothing is guaranteed, there is always the possibility of a permanent role at the end.
