Ideally in this role you will develop an effective network of key stakeholders internally and externally to ensure projects are supported appropriately including key partners such as business transformation, business information and digital business, also in this role you keep up to date with legislation, regulatory, policy and funding changes in housing, care, and support, analysing risks, trends and opportunities and providing recommendations for changes to strategic direction ensuring resultant changes are widely communicated internally.About youWe are looking for someone with:• Good understanding of the social housing sector and/or homelessness/care/mental health.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate a high level of professional writing skills.• Flexible, self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic with the ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.• Experience of applying project management methodologies, continuous improvement and delivering on projects to agreed timescales.• Ability to interpret complex documentation, identifying key requirements and preparing written responses that meet criteria appropriately.Why Riverside? At Riverside, we’re a housing association with a difference – enhancing the everyday for all our customers.
