 Our client is a leading provider of high-quality print solutions, specialising in large format printing and pre-press services. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional products to a wide range of clients. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a skilled and motivated Pre-Press Artworker to join our dynamic team in Liverpool.

You will play a crucial role in preparing artwork for print. You will ensure that all print jobs meet the highest standards of quality, and that they are completed on time and to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Press Artwork Preparation:

• Review and prepare client artwork files for printing, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Utilise Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to adjust and correct artwork as needed.
• Generate print-ready PDFs and conduct pre-flight checks to ensure file integrity.

• Quality Control and Finishing:

• Inspect printed materials for defects, colour consistency, and adherence to client specifications.
• Manage finishing processes such as cutting, laminating, and mounting, ensuring that all printed materials are ready for delivery or installation.

• Project Management:
• Oversee multiple projects at once, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in large format printing and pre-press processes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Great communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues effectively.

Salary and Benefits

A salary of up to £30,000 is on offer for this role and could be negotiated/is dependent on experience. Company phone and laptop is provided. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, genuine opportunities for progression and more!
