Hays Education are currently working in partnership with a two form entry Primary School in Crosby to recruit an experienced EYFS teacher for a long-term teaching job starting from September 2025The school is welcoming applications from ECT's and experienced teachers with recent experience working in EYFS.You will be working in an Ofsted "Good" school where staff work hard to create an environment where children can flourish and achieve their goals.As an Early Years Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds during their crucial early years. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote children's development across all areas (physical, social, emotional, and cognitive)
  • Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Assessing and tracking children's progress

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

  • Qualified teacher status.
  • An in depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Experience delivering phonics interventions.
  • An up-to-date DBS or willingness to get one.
  • The ability to provide an inspiring, engaging and safe learning environment.
