Desian education are supporting a GOOD South Liverpool Primary school who are seeking a passionate KS1 teacher. This position will be starting as soon as possible and will be for the remainder of the academic year. The successful candidate will need to have a strong commitment to academic excellence and a nurturing approach to pupil well-being. You will be supported by a strong and hands on SLT and an a team of experienced teachers. The school welcomes applications from ECTs and experienced teachers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
  • Assessing, monitoring, and supporting the progress of all pupils to ensure they achieve their full potential.
  • Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity, resilience, and a love of learning.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a cohesive and enriched curriculum.
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers to support learning and development.
