If so, Hays has the perfect role for you!We are seeking a qualified KS2 Primary Teacher with experience in Upper KS2 to join a friendly and supportive team at a 'Good' school in the Sefton area of Merseyside. The school has good public transport links and is easily accessible.The role is to start ASAP and will last until at least the end of the summer term, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. You will be responsible for teaching a mixed-ability class of KS2 pupils. You will need to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners and prepare them for their SATs and transition to secondary school.To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • QTS or equivalent qualification
  • Experience of teaching Upper KS2
  • Excellent subject knowledge and curriculum understanding
  • High expectations of behaviour and achievement
  • A passion for teaching and learning
